The Team Behind the Experience
Our team is made up of experienced, highly trained hospitality professionals who share a genuine passion for exceptional food and seamless service. Your chef, Stephen Toward, has worked in Michelin-starred kitchens throughout Europe before taking on Head Chef roles at the renowned Burgh Island Hotel and Langshott Manor. His vision to create a refined dining experience outside of the traditional restaurant setting led to the founding of Stoves Dining in 2010. Today, the team combines its breadth of culinary skill and warm, attentive approach to deliver memorable occasions where guests feel welcomed, relaxed and very well looked after.

Well what a fantastic evening celebrating my husbands birthday with our friends
I want to thank Stephen Toward and Stovesdining for the most amazing food. The service was slick and extremely professional.
Stephen’s culinary knowledge is second to none and he always talks the diners through the dishes they are about to enjoy.
Our guests all enjoyed the evening very much.
If anyone is looking to have a really special night in I can not recommend Stoves dining enough.

I recently had the pleasure of taking part in a Stoves Dining cookery course focusing on handmade pastas of various types accompanied by a delicious range of sauces and toppings. Steve's clear passion for fine dining and a providing a unique culinary experience really shone through throughout the class. Steve came prepared with all the all the required equipment including high quality, fresh ingredients to produce amazing food. I got a lot from the class and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys delicious food and learning new skills.

Had an amazing experience with Stoves Dining's pasta masterclass. Steve brought both expertise and enthusiasm, making it a great and fun learning experience. His extensive knowledge and the fact that he came fully prepared added to the overall enjoyment. The session was not only educational but also a delightful culinary adventure. Stoves Dining turned my 80th birthday luncheon into a perfect event. Thirteen of us sat down under Steve's pergola on what turned out to be the last fine, warm and sunny day of the summer. We were served his starter of quail and shellfish, a main course of beef and olives - and a selection of desserts. The description doesn't describe the complexity and quality of the food, which was outstanding. There were also surprise additions, notably a spectacular plate of confectionery at the end which my guests were all photographing. Steve's team served the food and wine - and also took pictures for us. Everything ran smoothly and when each course was on the table Steve gave a short explanation of what he had prepared. The occasion couldn't have been better and everybody is already pencilling in the date in 2033 when we do it all again for my 90th. If, that is, I don't find an excuse for another luncheon before then.

I recently used Stove Dining to cater for my Teams Away Day, we had a 10 people with some dietary requirements and nothing was too much bother, the food was some of the best food I have ever tasted and that sentiment was echoed by my guests. The small touches and the way that Stephen talks you through each course makes the night a real joy. I truly recommend Stove Dining to everyone.

This is the second birthday celebration that Steve has prepared for me, last year was dinner for a group of friends birthdays, whilst we stayed in a 'wow' house.
So this year I had a big birthday celebration, Steve prepared a fantastic BBQ for me on the beach where I live. It had its challenges to overcome with the summer breeze, he made the food table presentation with salads & desserts looked & tasted great, and the BBQ food went down a storm with all my friends & family raving about the food.

We had up to 15 influential press and influencers attending our dining event over two days, and on both occasions, received the most positive feedback we have ever had on the catering and food at an event.
Everything from the menu, the food, the staff and the chef introducing each course was impeccable.
Steve and the team were incredibly easy to work with and made the entire process seamless, and were a trusted pair of hands throughout our event week. Could not recommend them more highly.

I used Stoves Dining to prepare and deliver the 3 course meal for my wedding anniversary dinner yesterday. It was a 1st class experience and a very tasty evening. And a very pleasant chance to eat food professionally prepared by someone else. I would thoroughly recommend them.
